Who You Are:

• A highly skilled and experienced backend data-oriented engineer with a minimum of 10 years in software development (including hobby projects and education).
  
• Experienced in data processing and storage frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Amazon S3, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Azure Synaps, MongoDB, Databricks, dbt Cloud and the likes.
  
• Ambitious, with a long-term vision for your work and a desire to join a startup committed to building future-proof technology.
  
• Experience from startups and / or B2B SaaS businesses is highly preferred.
  
• Open-minded, kind-hearted, and full of energy.
  
• Clear about your professional goals and values, and able to communicate them authentically.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the core data infrastructure of our platform from scratch, leveraging the latest and/or best frameworks available open source or as a service.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and development team on platform architecture design.
• Continuously enhance the platform’s speed, performance, and reliability.
  
• Integrate AI features, including LLMs, into the core data platform.
  
• Scale data infrastructure to optimize costs while maintaining top-tier performance and enterprise-grade security and data integrity.
